2025 PROSPECTUS FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

（SUZHOU UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY）

一、本科学历生项目

Undergraduate Degree Programs

学制4年。学生修完所有课程并通过考试后，可获得本科毕业证书；符合学位授予条件的，可获得学士学位证书。2025年学校单独组班招收学历留学生的专业如下：

The length of study is 4 years. Students will be conferred with graduation certificate upon completing all the courses and passing exams. Those who meet with the requirements for the degree will be conferred with bachelor’s degree certificate. In 2025 SZUT will recruit foreign students for separate classes in the following majors:

说明：

（1）学校采取双学期制：第1学期为9月至次年1月，第2学期为2月至7月。

SZUT adopts a two-semester system: The first semester is from September to January the following year and the second semester is from February to July.

（2）学生进入专业学习的英文能力达到IELTS 5.5及以上（需提交雅思成绩单）或通过我校语言内测。

Students are required to reach IELTS 5.5 or above (IETLS transcripts are required for application), or pass the language test organized by SZUT.

二、奖学金 Scholarship

1. 苏州工学院优秀留学生奖学金 Scholarship for Foreign Students in SZUT

学校设有“苏州工学院优秀留学生奖学金”，奖励对象为申请到我校就读本科专业的优秀留学生，主要面向与我校有合作关系的院校或机构推荐的留学生，申请且审核通过的学生将获得最高8000元人民币的奖学金。

SZUT has set up Scholarship for Foreign Students in SZUT to award excellent students who apply for undergraduate program in SZUT. They are mainly recommended by partner universities or agencies of SZUT. The outstanding students will get scholarship of maximum RMB 8000.

申请时间：入学申请时同步进行

Application time: Once students are enrolled, they can submit application.

四、申请指南 Application Instruction

1.申请条件Application Requirements

（1）非中国籍公民，持有外国有效护照；

Non-Chinese citizens with valid foreign passport;

（2）身体健康，品行端正，遵守中国法律、法规和学校的规章制度；

Good health condition and virtuous morality. Comply with Chinese Laws, regulations and rules of CIT;

（3）高中毕业以上学历，成绩良好；

Graduated from senior middle school or above with good academic scores;

（4）本科学历生项目申请者年龄一般在22周岁以下；

Applicants for undergraduate degree program normally should be under 22years old.

（5）选择经管类专业学生须有一定的数学基础。选择服装设计与工程须有一定化学等工科相关基础

Applicants for majors in economics should have certain mathematical basis；Applicants for majors in Garment Design & Engineering should have certain mathematical and chemistry basis.

2.申请起止时间 Starting and Deadline of Application

2025年4月1日—2025年6月30日

01/04/2025——30/06/2025

3.申请方式及时间Application Method and Time

申请者可于2025年6月30日前，选择以下两种方式之一进行申请。

Applicants have the following three choices to apply before June 30^th, 2025.

（1）将申请材料扫描件发送到international@cslg.edu.cn

Email the scanned copies of application materials to international@cslg.edu.cn

（2）将申请材料邮寄到：中国江苏省常熟市南三环路99号苏州工学院国际合作与交流处，邮编2115500

Mail application materials to the address: International Office, Suzhou University of Technology, No. 99, 3^rd  Southern Ring Road, Jiangsu Province, China. Post code: 215500.

4.申请流程 Application Process

第一步：提交以下申请材料

Step 1: Submit the following application materials

（1）用中文或英文按要求填写《苏州工学院外国留学生入学申请表》

Fill the “Admission Application Form for Foreign Students” in Chinese or English according to the requirements.

（2）白底近期免冠证件照

Recently taken bareheaded photo with white background

（3）相关护照复印件（护照个人信息页；若有在华学习经历，需提供在华学习签证信息页及居留许可信息页）

Copy of passport (pages with personal information. For those who have study experience in China, the study visa information page in China and residence permit information page)

（4）最高学历证明及成绩单（如果是除中文或英文以外的其他语言文本，还需提交中文或英文翻译件，并进行公证）

Certificate of highest diploma and transcript (submit translated versions in Chinese or English and get them notarized if the diploma and transcript are written in other languages)

（5）申请人如果是在校学生或在职工作，需提交本人就读学校或工作单位出具的在读证明或在职证明（如果是除中文或英文以外的其他语言文本，还需提交中文或英文翻译件，并进行公证）

If applicants are students or people in service, they should submit certificates provided by their school or workplace (submit translated versions in Chinese or English and get them notarized if certificates are written in other languages)

（6）英语雅思水平证书（如有）

Certificates of IELTS (if any)

（7）无犯罪记录证明（如果是除中文或英文以外的其他语言文本，还需提交中文或英文翻译件，并进行公证）

Certificate of No Criminal Record (submit translated versions in Chinese or English and get them notarized if certificates are written in other languages)

（8）未满18周岁未成年申请人，需填写《未满18周岁来华留学生学习担保函》，提供在华学习期间担保人相关信息。

Applicants under the age of 18 should fill in “Letter of Guarantee for Students under 18 to Study in China”and provide guarantor’s personal information.

第二步：国际合作与交流处审核申请材料，在5个工作日内通过邮件向符合条件的申请者发送录取通知书；

Step 2: International Office will review the application materials and email letter of admission to qualified applicants within 5 working days.

第三步：被录取者核对录取通知书信息，并在10个工作日内向我校账户汇入人民币500元报名费；

Step 3： Successful applicants check the information on the letter of admission and remit 500 RMB application fee to SZUT’s bank account within 10 working days.

第四步：被录取者将汇款回执扫描件发送到international@cslg.edu.cn；

Step 4: Successful applicants scan the remittance receipt and email to international@cslg.edu.cn

第五步：我校在确认收到报名费后，将录取通知书、签证申请表（JW202）和报到须知等原件根据申请者提供的邮箱发出，请注意查收；

Step 5: SZUT will send the PDF version of letter of admission, visa application form（JW202）and registration notice etc. to the e-mail address provided by applicants. Please check and find the materials enclosed.

第六步：被录取者凭录取通知书原件及“JW202”表至所在国的中国使（领）馆申请来华学习签证（X1签证）；

Step 6: Successful applicants go to the Chinese Embassy in their countries and apply for visa for study in China (X1 visa) with the original letter of admission and “JW202” form.

第七步：被录取者准备入境，并将到校的相关信息告知学校。

Step 7: Successful applicants prepare to enter China and inform SZUT of their arrival information.
